Send us a BOM, model numbers, drawings, photos, specifications, quantities, delivery requirements, or simply describe what you're trying to accomplish.
2 — We Scope & Quote
Steward reviews the equipment, commercial sourcing, availability, freight, technical requirements, and applicable project scope.
We provide a commercial proposal defining the equipment, services, pricing, scope, assumptions, exclusions, and payment requirements.
Initial quoting is available at no charge.
3 — Approve & Activate

Once approved, applicable deposits and equipment funding are received.
Equipment and special-order materials may require funding before corresponding supplier purchase orders are released.
4 — We Deliver

Steward coordinates purchasing, supplier orders, freight, scheduling, delivery, and project communication.
When included in the approved scope, Steward also coordinates installation, cabling, configuration, testing, deployment, and project closeout.
